CONFLICT RESOLUTION TECHNIQUES for Small Business Owners

OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY

Conflict will always be a factor in business. Whether it is with employees, partners, customers, or vendors, how we deal with conflicts will determine the longevity and strength of our relationships and, ultimately, impact the viability of the business. Learning to manage conflict and grow healthy relationships is a vital skill for every business owner. In this 2-hour workshop, participants will build confidence and lasting skills for navigating conflict.

Session Includes:

  • Conflict style assessments
  • Best practices for negotiating conflict to benefit all parties
  • Keys to facilitating successful collaborations

The session will draw perspectives and expertise from all participants, explore best practices, and will develop a toolkit in conflict resolution tailored for owners of small businesses.
